CYT-AT2 is an investigational allogeneic CAR T cell therapy developed by Cyteph using its proprietary Cyt-ATTAC platform. This therapy is engineered to target three distinct antigens: Cytomegalovirus (CMV) antigens via the endogenous T-cell receptor, and both Ephrin type-A receptor 3 (EphA3) and B-lymphocyte antigen CD19 via chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). By utilizing CMV-specific T cells as the cellular backbone, CYT-AT2 aims to leverage the natural persistence and safety profile of these cells while providing multi-antigen targeting to address tumor heterogeneity and prevent antigen escape in EphA3- and CD19-expressing malignancies. The candidate is currently in preclinical development.
