Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CYT X600 is a preclinical-stage pan-gamma delta T-cell engager (TCE) being developed by Cytospire Therapeutics for the treatment of hematologic malignancies. Built on Cytospire's proprietary CYT X platform, the multispecific antibody is designed to recruit and activate all gamma delta T-cell subsets (including tissue-resident Vδ1 and Vδ3 cells, as well as blood-resident Vδ2 cells) to tumor-associated antigen (TAA)-expressing hematologic tumor cells. By leveraging gamma delta T cells, which act at the intersection of innate and adaptive immunity, CYT X600 aims to provide a potent anti-cancer response with an improved safety profile and reduced risk of cytokine release syndrome compared to conventional CD3-based T-cell engagers.
