**CYT001** is an investigational, AI-designed therapeutic peptide cancer vaccine developed for hepatocellular carcinoma. It contains shared tumor-antigen peptides derived from heat shock protein 70 and glypican-3, together with the immunostimulatory adjuvants poly-ICLC and eftilagimod alpha. The peptide antigens are intended to elicit antigen-specific cytotoxic T-cell responses against tumor cells expressing the corresponding antigens, while poly-ICLC and eftilagimod alpha stimulate innate and antigen-presenting-cell activity to strengthen antitumor immunity and convert immunologically cold tumors into inflamed tumors.
