Overview

CYTO NK-102 is an allogeneic, off-the-shelf natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by CytoImmune Therapeutics for the treatment of solid tumors, specifically relapsed or refractory non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Utilizing the proprietary TRACK-NK (Tumor-Reactive Adaptable Cytotoxic Killer NK) platform, these cells are engineered to express a membrane-bound form of interleukin-15 (mbIL-15). This engineering is intended to promote the persistence, survival, and anti-tumor activity of the NK cells without the requirement for exogenous cytokine administration. The therapy is designed to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and is being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials both as a monotherapy and in combination with the PD-L1 inhibitor atezolizumab.
