Overview

CYTO NK-301 is an off-the-shelf, triple-engineered natural killer (NK) cell therapy developed by CytoImmune Therapeutics for the treatment of relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. Utilizing the proprietary CoalesceNT™ platform, these NK cells are engineered to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA). To enhance therapeutic efficacy and persistence, the cells are further modified to secrete soluble interleukin-15 (IL-15) and a bispecific killer cell engager (BiKE) that targets additional NK-related receptors, including NKG2D and GPRC5D. This multi-pronged approach is designed to overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment and prevent antigen escape, which are common challenges in treating multiple myeloma.
