Drug intelligence / Profile preview
CZ-PS is a proprietary exosome-based drug delivery platform developed by CureZome. The technology involves the surface modification of exosomes—naturally occurring extracellular vesicles—with specific polysaccharides to create "Polysaccharide-coated Exosomes." This modification is designed to enhance the stability of the vesicles in the systemic circulation, improve their bioavailability, and enable targeted delivery of therapeutic payloads (such as small molecules, proteins, or nucleic acids) to specific cells or tissues. By leveraging the innate biocompatibility of exosomes and the targeting precision of polysaccharides, the CZ-PS platform aims to maximize therapeutic efficacy while minimizing off-target systemic toxicity. It is primarily being investigated for applications in oncology and inflammatory diseases.
