Overview

D-Fibroheal Microgras is a silk protein-based antimicrobial gauze dressing developed by Fibroheal Woundcare. It is a non-adherent primary dressing impregnated with silk protein and nano silver (silver nanoparticles). The silk protein component is designed to facilitate optimal moisture retention and promote a regenerative environment for faster wound healing, while the nano silver provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial protection to maintain a microbe-free environment. It is specifically indicated for low to moderately exuding wounds, including minor burns, infection-prone donor sites, and wounds in anatomically difficult areas such as joints and curved surfaces.
