Drug intelligence / Profile preview
D-Fibroheal Sprinkling Powder is a silk protein-based topical wound care product developed by Fibroheal Woundcare Pvt. Ltd. It is composed of silk fibroin, a natural protein biomaterial derived from *Bombyx mori* silk cocoons. The product is a free-flowing powder designed to absorb excess moisture, maintain a dry environment, and provide anti-inflammatory properties to relieve pain, itching, and redness associated with skin damage. It supports wound healing by promoting fibroblast proliferation and creating an optimal environment for tissue repair. It is primarily indicated for the prevention of bedsores (pressure ulcers) in bedridden or ICU patients, management of diaper rash, and healing of non-infected acute wounds such as cuts, abrasions, and trauma.
