Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**d-MAPPS** is an investigational, acellular, allogeneic protein-rich regenerative biologic formulated as an ophthalmic solution. It is being developed by Regenerative Ocular Immunobiologics for chronic ocular graft-versus-host disease. The product is described as containing immunomodulatory and trophic paracrine factors intended to reduce ocular-surface inflammation and support repair of injured corneal and retinal tissues. Publicly described constituent activities include interleukin-1 receptor antagonism and interleukin-27-mediated immunoregulation, but d-MAPPS is a complex biologic mixture rather than a single defined molecular entity. It is not FDA approved. ([clinicaltrials.gov](https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07210619))
