Drug intelligence / Profile preview
d-MAPPS Ophthalmic Solution is an investigational, platelet-derived biologic eye drop developed by Regenerative Ocular Immunobiologics LLC for the treatment of chronic ocular graft-versus-host disease (oGVHD). oGVHD is a severe inflammatory condition that occurs when donor immune cells attack the recipient's ocular tissues following a bone marrow or stem cell transplant. The drug is a sterile, preservative-free solution containing a complex mixture of platelet-derived growth factors and cytokines designed to reduce ocular surface inflammation and promote tissue repair. It is currently being evaluated in a Phase 3 pivotal clinical trial (NCT06852768) to assess its efficacy in improving ocular comfort and surface integrity in adult patients.
