Drug intelligence / Profile preview
D1ME100 is a monovalent DNA plasmid vaccine developed for dengue prevention, specifically targeting dengue serotype 1 (DENV-1). It contains the genetic material (prM and approximately 92% of the envelope (E) genes) from DENV-1, which directs host cells to produce viral proteins. When administered, the vaccine is designed to induce both humoral (antibody-mediated) and cellular immunity against the dengue virus.
