DA-3501

DA-3501 (also known as AT-211) is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2), a protein frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, particularly gastric and pancreatic cancers. Developed by Dong-A ST in collaboration with its subsidiary AbTis, DA-3501 utilizes the proprietary AbClick® platform technology. This platform enables site-specific conjugation of the payload to the antibody without the need for antibody engineering, which is designed to improve the drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) consistency, stability, and therapeutic index. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2a clinical trials for the treatment of advanced CLDN18.2-positive gastric adenocarcinoma, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
