Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DA-3502 is an investigational bispecific antibody-drug conjugate (bsADC) being developed by Dong-A ST for the treatment of oncology indications. It is designed to simultaneously target Claudin 18.2 (CLDN18.2) and Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2), two tumor-associated antigens that are frequently co-expressed in gastrointestinal cancers, such as gastric and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinomas. By co-targeting these two proteins, DA-3502 aims to improve tumor-targeting selectivity, enhance internalization, and overcome resistance mechanisms associated with single-antigen therapies. The program is currently in the early discovery and hit optimization stages of development.
