Overview

Da Huo Luo Jiao Nang (大活络胶囊) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal formulation in capsule form developed and manufactured by Yaodu Zhangshu Pharmaceutical (a subsidiary of Renhe Group). It is a modern adaptation of the classic 'Da Huo Luo Wan' pill. The formulation contains a complex mixture of herbal ingredients, including red ginseng, white atractylodes, licorice, and prepared rehmannia root. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of ischemic stroke-induced hemiplegia, rheumatoid arthritis, muscle and tendon pain, and mobility impairment resulting from traumatic injuries. Its therapeutic mechanism, defined by TCM principles, involves dispelling wind, eliminating dampness and phlegm, and relaxing tendons to activate collaterals and relieve pain.
