Overview
Da Huo Luo Wan is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal formulation manufactured by Yaodu Zhangshu Pharmaceutical (a subsidiary of Renhe Group). It is a complex multi-ingredient medication containing 48 herbal and animal-derived components, including pit viper (Qishe), Wushao snake, Weiling immortal, artificial musk, and red ginseng. The formulation is designed to dispel wind, eliminate dampness and phlegm, relax tendons, and activate collaterals. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of paralysis resulting from stroke with phlegm obstruction, as well as foot atrophy, muscle spasms, lower back and leg pain, traumatic injuries, and chest pain. The drug is an approved oral medication in China, available in pill form (both small and large honey pills).
