Dabedren is an experimental multi-modal therapeutic candidate being developed by DS Biopharma for the treatment of various solid tumors. The drug utilizes a dual-modality approach, incorporating both small molecule and small interfering RNA (siRNA) components. It is designed to simultaneously target Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), Phosphodiesterase 2 (PDE2), and a target designated as D40. By modulating these three distinct pathways, Dabedren aims to disrupt the inflammatory and signaling microenvironment that supports tumor growth, survival, and metastasis.
