Overview

This is a **non-standard drug combination** of **dabrafenib**, a selective inhibitor of BRAF serine-threonine kinase (specifically targeting BRAF V600E and V600K mutations and used primarily as an antineoplastic agent in malignant melanoma and other BRAF-mutant tumors), and **rabeprazole**, a proton-pump inhibitor that reduces gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase in gastric parietal cells and is used in acid-related gastrointestinal disorders. The combination is not approved nor studied as a fixed drug combination; the only clinical/research relevance is their potential pharmacokinetic interaction, with rabeprazole (via increased gastric pH) having a minimal impact on dabrafenib exposure (AUC and Cmax changes not considered clinically meaningful). There is no evidence for a unique therapeutic indication or fixed-dose product containing both agents.
