Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Dal K29-anti-CD3 heteroconjugate** is an investigational, chemically linked bispecific antibody construct composed of the renal cell carcinoma-reactive monoclonal antibody Dal K29 and an anti-CD3 monoclonal antibody. It binds a cell-surface antigen associated with human renal cell carcinoma while engaging CD3 on T lymphocytes, redirecting T-cell cytotoxicity toward tumor cells. In published preclinical work, the heteroconjugate promoted potent peripheral-blood-lymphocyte-mediated lysis of human renal cell carcinoma cells in vitro, localized selectively to renal cell carcinoma xenografts, and inhibited tumor growth in an ascites xenograft model when administered with human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
