Overview
Dalitong Granules (达立通颗粒) is an approved Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) oral granule formulation developed and manufactured by Nanchang Hongyi Pharmaceutical. It is specifically indicated for the treatment of motility disorder-type functional dyspepsia and gastroparesis, particularly in patients presenting with liver-stomach stagnant heat syndrome. The formulation is composed of several herbal ingredients, including Bupleurum (柴胡), Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (枳实), Aucklandia (木香), Citrus Reticulata Peel (陈皮), Pinellia (清半夏), Taraxacum (蒲公英), and Hawthorn (山楂). These components work synergistically to alleviate symptoms such as epigastric fullness, belching, poor appetite, gastric burning, and acid reflux. The product is registered in China under the approval number 国药准字Z20050001.
