Overview

**Dalmitamig** is a humanized IgG4-kappa bispecific monoclonal antibody that simultaneously targets epidermal growth factor receptor (**EGFR**, also known as **HER1**) on tumor cells and **CD28** on T cells. Developed by **Regeneron Pharmaceuticals**, it functions as a first-in-class costimulatory bispecific antibody designed to inhibit EGFR-driven tumor growth while activating T-cell responses to enhance anti-tumor immunity, particularly in immunologically "cold" tumors like microsatellite-stable colorectal cancer. It is being evaluated in combination with cemiplimab (**Libtayo**, an anti-PD-1 antibody) for advanced solid tumors.
