Overview

Dalutrafusp alfa is a first-in-class, bifunctional, humanized, aglycosylated immunoglobulin G1 kappa antibody. It is composed of an anti-CD73 antibody fused to the extracellular domain of human transforming growth factor beta receptor type II (TGFbetaRII). The drug is designed to selectively inhibit CD73-adenosine production and neutralize active transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) signaling within the tumor microenvironment. This dual mechanism aims to abrogate immunosuppressive pathways, enhance anti-tumor immune responses, and decrease tumor cell growth. It is being developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
