**Danirixin + oseltamivir** is a combination of two drugs: danirixin, a selective and reversible C-X-C chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR2) antagonist developed by GSK, and oseltamivir, a neuraminidase inhibitor widely used for influenza treatment. Danirixin functions by inhibiting neutrophil activation and transmigration to inflamed tissues, thereby reducing excessive inflammation associated with influenza, while oseltamivir inhibits influenza virus neuraminidase, blocking viral replication and spread.
