Danqi Granules (丹杞颗粒) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) product developed and manufactured by Handan Pharmaceutical. It is approved in China for the treatment of osteoporosis, specifically for patients presenting with kidney deficiency and blood stasis according to TCM diagnostic principles. The formulation is composed of several herbal extracts, including *Salvia miltiorrhiza* (Danshen), *Lycium barbarum* (Gouqizi), *Epimedium* (Yinyanghuo), and *Rehmannia glutinosa* (Shudihuang). These ingredients work synergistically to tonify the liver and kidney, strengthen bones, and promote blood circulation. Clinical use focuses on improving bone mineral density and relieving symptoms such as lower back pain and limb weakness associated with bone loss.
