Overview

Daphnetin is a natural coumarin derivative with multiple pharmacological activities including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, anti-oxidant, and antimalarial properties. It functions as a protein kinase inhibitor, targeting EGFR, PKA, and PKC. It has been used in China for the treatment of coagulation disorders and is currently under investigation for treating lower limb lymphoedema following gynecological surgery.
