Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DASH CD19 CAR-T is an investigational autologous chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy targeting the B-cell antigen CD19, developed on the DashCAR T platform by HRAIN Biotechnology for the treatment of CD19-positive B-cell hematologic malignancies.[3] Patient T cells are genetically modified ex vivo to express a synthetic receptor that recognizes CD19 on malignant and normal B cells, leading to T-cell activation, proliferation, cytokine release, and cytotoxic killing of CD19-expressing cells upon reinfusion. The DashCAR platform is designed as a next-generation CAR-T manufacturing and engineering approach aimed at improving product quality and clinical performance, although detailed construct features and clinical data for DASH CD19 CAR-T have not yet been extensively disclosed.[3]
