Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Datopotamab deruxtecan + ramucirumab + rilvegostomig is an investigational combination therapy for advanced solid tumors, notably non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It comprises three agents with complementary mechanisms: datopotamab deruxtecan, an antibody-drug conjugate targeting TROP2 for direct tumor cell killing; ramucirumab, a monoclonal antibody directed against vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) to inhibit tumor angiogenesis; and rilvegostomig, a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting both TIGIT and PD-1 checkpoints, enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. The combination is being evaluated in late-phase clinical trials for efficacy and safety in various oncologic indications[4][5][2][3][6][7][8].
