Datopotamab deruxtecan + volrustomig is an investigational combination therapy comprised of datopotamab deruxtecan, a TROP2-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), and volrustomig, a PD-1/CTLA-4 bispecific monoclonal antibody. Datopotamab deruxtecan consists of a humanized anti-TROP2 IgG1 monoclonal antibody linked to the topoisomerase I inhibitor deruxtecan (DXd), enabling targeted cytotoxic delivery to TROP2-expressing tumor cells.
