Overview

Davutamig is a bispecific human IgG4-kappa antibody designed to target and inhibit the MET receptor (c-Met, hepatocyte growth factor receptor) at two different non-overlapping epitopes. Its primary mechanism is inhibition of the MET signaling pathway, which is frequently dysregulated in certain cancers. Davutamig is being developed for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with MET genetic alterations (including MET exon 14 skipping mutations, MET amplification, or high MET protein expression). It is an investigational antineoplastic immunotherapy agent, administered by intravenous infusion, currently in Phase 1/2 clinical trials for MET-altered NSCLC.
