Overview

**DB-1305 + BNT327** is a combination investigational therapy being studied for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, cervical cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, melanoma, and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. DB-1305 is a proprietary antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting TROP2, designed to deliver a cytotoxic payload directly to cancer cells expressing this antigen. BNT327 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by BioNTech, simultaneously targeting PD-L1 (to inhibit immune checkpoint signaling and restore T-cell activation) and VEGF-A (to normalize tumor vasculature and potentially improve immune and ADC penetration). The combination aims to leverage direct tumor cell killing (ADC-induced immunogenic cell death), immune checkpoint blockade, and anti-angiogenic therapy for synergistic anti-tumor activity in heavily pretreated and resistant cancer populations. Early-phase studies indicate manageable safety profiles and promising clinical activity, particularly in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer[3][4][6].
