DB-2304

DB-2304 is an investigational antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by DualityBio. It consists of a monoclonal antibody targeting BDCA2 (C-type lectin domain family 4 member C), which is specifically expressed on plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs), conjugated to a DIMAC payload that acts as a glucocorticoid receptor agonist. The drug is designed to suppress the production of type I interferons and proinflammatory cytokines by pDCs, mechanisms implicated in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and other autoimmune diseases. Preclinical studies have demonstrated potent anti-inflammatory effects both in vitro and in vivo, with favorable safety profiles observed in animal models[1][2][3][5][6]. DB-2304 is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for SLE and other autoimmune indications[4][8].
