Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DB006 (also known as E10K-1A) is an investigational oncolytic adenovirus injection developed by Guangzhou Double Bioproducts (Guangzhou Dabo) for the treatment of advanced malignant solid tumors. It is an engineered adenovirus designed to selectively replicate within tumor cells, leading to direct cell lysis (oncolysis) and the release of tumor-associated antigens, which may stimulate a systemic anti-tumor immune response. DB006 is currently being evaluated in a Phase I first-in-human clinical trial (CTR20262215) in China, where it is administered via intratumoral injection to patients with advanced solid tumors who have exhausted standard treatment options. The study aims to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity of the agent.
