Overview

DBXO-2 is a bispecific T cell engager (dbTCE™) developed by Deck Bio for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes Deck Bio's proprietary stabilized TCR binding domain (dbTv) technology to target cancer-specific peptide-MHC (pMHC) complexes presented by the HLA-A*02:01 allele. By simultaneously binding to the pMHC on tumor cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells, DBXO-2 facilitates the recruitment and activation of cytotoxic T cells, leading to the targeted destruction of tumor cells. This approach allows for the targeting of intracellular tumor-associated antigens that are otherwise inaccessible to conventional antibody therapies.
