Overview

DBXO-3 is a bispecific T cell engager (dbTCE™) developed by Deck Bio for the treatment of solid tumors. It utilizes Deck Bio's proprietary stabilized TCR binding domain (dbTv) technology to specifically target cancer-associated peptide-MHC complexes presented by the HLA-A*24:02 allele. The molecule is designed to simultaneously bind the peptide-MHC complex on tumor cells and the CD3 receptor on T cells, facilitating the formation of an immunological synapse. This interaction triggers T cell activation and redirected cytotoxicity against the cancer cells. By targeting intracellular antigens presented on the cell surface via MHC, DBXO-3 aims to address a broader range of tumor targets than traditional antibody-based therapies.
