Overview

DBXO-4 is a multi-peptide-major histocompatibility complex (multi-pMHC) targeted T cell engager (dbTCE) being developed by Deck Bio for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to target multiple cancer-specific peptide-MHC complexes presented by HLA-A*01:01 on tumor cells while simultaneously engaging CD3 on T cells to recruit and activate them for tumor cell killing. By targeting multiple independent pMHCs, DBXO-4 aims to overcome tumor heterogeneity and antigen escape, which are common resistance mechanisms in solid tumors. The candidate is currently in the discovery phase of development.
