Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**DC-CIK (WT1)** is a patient-specific cellular immunotherapy developed by Ever Supreme Bio Technology. The product consists of autologous dendritic cells and cytokine-induced killer cells co-cultured ex vivo, with dendritic cells loaded with Wilms tumor 1 peptide antigen. The antigen-loaded dendritic cells present WT1-associated tumor antigen and activate CIK cells, combining WT1-directed immune recognition with the broad cytotoxic activity of CIK cells. Ever Supreme identifies the product as a distinct immune-cell-platform product, with an optimized approximately two-week DC/CIK co-culture process and use in patients for whom autologous tumor tissue is unavailable. ([en.ever-supreme.com.tw](https://en.ever-supreme.com.tw/products_detail/2/1)) In Taiwan, hospital materials identify it as a Ministry of Health and Welfare-approved specific medical technology for stage IV breast cancer and colorectal cancer; this is not equivalent to a conventional marketing authorization for a standardized pharmaceutical product.
