DC-CIK + NK cells is a combination cellular immunotherapy composed of dendritic cells (DC), cytokine-induced killer (CIK) cells, and natural killer (NK) cells. Dendritic cells are potent antigen-presenting immune cells that can prime T lymphocytes, while CIKs are a heterogeneous population of ex vivo expanded T lymphocytes with both T-cell and NK-cell properties, capable of non-MHC-restricted tumor killing. The addition of autologous or allogeneic NK cells further enhances the cytotoxic response against tumor targets. This combination aims to synergistically boost anti-tumor immunity by leveraging the antigen presentation capacity of DCs, the broad cytotoxicity of CIKs, and the innate immune activity of NK cells. It has been investigated primarily for use in various solid tumors and hematological malignancies as an adjunct to standard therapies such as chemotherapy or radiotherapy[1][2][3][5].
