Drug intelligence / Profile preview
The DC Hyperactivation platform is a proprietary immunotherapy technology developed by Corner Therapeutics. It utilizes a new class of agents called "hyperactivators" to enhance the function of dendritic cells (DCs), which are key orchestrators of immune responses. These hyperactivators stimulate inflammasome activity within living dendritic cells, leading to robust production of IL-1β—a cytokine critical for generating durable memory T cell responses. Unlike previous approaches that could kill DCs or fail to induce strong immunity, this technology enables live DCs to migrate efficiently to lymph nodes and activate both T and B cells for long-lasting immunity. The approach is antigen-agnostic and designed for rapid personalization against a wide range of cancers and infectious diseases, including in elderly or immunocompromised patients[1][2].
