DC-L.L-De vaccine

**DC-L.L-De vaccine** is an investigational, preclinical therapeutic dendritic-cell vaccine for HPV-16-associated cervical cancer developed at Xinjiang University. Patient-derived dendritic cells are loaded ex vivo with recombinant *Lactococcus lactis* carrying a prokaryotic-eukaryotic expression construct for a modified HPV-16 E6/E7 fusion antigen. The antigen-loaded dendritic cells promote cross-presentation and induce HPV-16 E6/E7-specific T-helper 1 and cytotoxic T-lymphocyte responses intended to eliminate HPV-16-positive tumor cells.
