Overview

DC-NK cells is an autologous cell therapy product developed by Allife Medical Science and Technology Co., Ltd. for the treatment of advanced solid tumors. The therapy consists of a combination of dendritic cells (DCs) and natural killer (NK) cells derived from the patient's own peripheral blood. Dendritic cells are professional antigen-presenting cells that stimulate the adaptive immune response by presenting tumor-associated antigens to T cells, while NK cells provide an innate immune response through direct cytotoxicity against tumor cells. This dual-action cell therapy is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials, often in combination with PD-1 inhibitors like pembrolizumab (Keytruda), to treat various refractory solid malignancies in both adult and pediatric populations.
