Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**DC-PNAT** is an investigational, personalized cellular immunotherapy developed at Naval Medical University for advanced biliary tract malignancies. The treatment comprises a dendritic-cell preparation and precision T cells generated against patient-specific tumor neoantigens. Dendritic cells are intended to present selected neoantigens and stimulate antigen-specific antitumor immunity, while the infused neoantigen-reactive T-cell component is intended to recognize and eliminate tumor cells displaying those neoantigens. In the registered Phase 1/2 study, DC-PNAT was administered with gemcitabine.
