DC-Vac is an autologous dendritic cell vaccine developed to treat non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is created by loading tumor lysate into a patient's own dendritic cells using electroporation and pulse technology. This process aims to enhance the dendritic cells' ability to present tumor-associated antigens, thereby inducing and proliferating antigen-specific T cells to generate an antitumor immune response.
