Overview

DC05F01 is a small molecule drug candidate that acts as a fascin inhibitor. Fascin is an actin-bundling protein implicated in cancer cell migration and metastasis. DC05F01 was initially developed by Beijing Double-Crane Runchuang Technology and is being evaluated primarily for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors, including recurrent/refractory ovarian cancer and small cell lung cancer. The drug is administered orally and has been studied in Phase I/Ib/IIa clinical trials to assess its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor efficacy. Exploratory objectives include evaluating its effect on fascin protein as a biomarker[1][2][3][4][5].
