Overview

DCB07010 + hemagglutinin antigens is an adjuvanted influenza vaccine candidate developed by the Development Center for Biotechnology (DCB) in Taiwan. The product consists of trivalent influenza hemagglutinin (HA) antigens combined with DCB07010, a novel recombinant protein adjuvant. DCB07010 is a detoxified mutant of the *Escherichia coli* heat-labile enterotoxin (LT), specifically engineered to retain the potent immunostimulatory properties of the toxin while eliminating its diarrheagenic toxicity. The adjuvant acts by enhancing the activation of antigen-presenting cells and promoting a robust immune response to the HA antigens. This combination has been evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess its safety and immunogenicity for the prevention of seasonal influenza.
