Overview

DCB07010 + trivalent influenza vaccine is an investigational intranasal vaccine candidate developed by Advagene Biopharma. It consists of trivalent inactivated influenza virus hemagglutinin (HA) antigens co-administered with DCB07010, a proprietary protein-based adjuvant. DCB07010 is derived from a prokaryotic organism, specifically a modified version of the heat-labile enterotoxin (LT) from *Escherichia coli*. This combination is designed to enhance both mucosal (secretory IgA) and systemic (IgG) immune responses against seasonal influenza. By utilizing the intranasal route, the vaccine aims to provide a needle-free alternative that stimulates immunity at the primary site of viral entry. The product has been evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials to assess safety, tolerability, and immunogenicity in healthy adults.
