**DCBT1234-Lung KR** is an investigational oral plant-extract formulation studied for **chronic obstructive pulmonary disease**. It contains hydro-alcoholic extracts from *Bryonia alba*, *Cephaelis ipecacuanha*, and *Drosera peltata*. In a six-month randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in 105 patients with COPD, the formulation was evaluated against placebo and oral salbutamol + theophylline + bromhexine, with reported improvements in FEV1, arterial oxygenation, and respiratory symptoms.
