Overview

**DCCT** is an investigational, allogeneic, off-the-shelf dendritic cell therapy developed by Renovaro Biosciences and continued by Lunai Bioworks. The product is generated from CD34-positive hematopoietic stem cells, engineered with a lentiviral vector to express CD40 ligand, CD93, and CXCL13, differentiated into dendritic cells, matured, and loaded with tumor antigens. It is designed to enhance antigen presentation, activate tumor-specific cytotoxic T-cell responses, and remodel the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. Preclinical studies in humanized pancreatic cancer models reported tumor regression and immune activation; the program has completed a pre-IND meeting and remains in development for pancreatic and other solid tumors.
