Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**DCOne mDC-stimulated TILs** is a cell therapy product from DCPrime involving tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) stimulated ex vivo with mature dendritic cells (mDC) generated via the proprietary DCOne platform. The mDC are derived from monocytes cultured with IL-4 and GM-CSF, then matured using a specific cytokine/TLR agonist cocktail including IFNγ, R848 (TLR7/8), poly I:C (TLR3), and LPS (TLR4) to maximize IL-12p70 production, co-stimulatory molecule expression (CD80, CD83, CD86), CCR7 for lymph node homing, and Th1-skewing capacity. This enhances activation of tumor-specific TILs for antitumor CD8+ T cell responses, improving efficacy over standard DC maturation protocols in cancer immunotherapy.[1][10]
