Overview

DCOY-TRI is a preclinical multi-virus respiratory antiviral candidate developed by Decoy Therapeutics. It is categorized as a Designable Multi-Antiviral (D-MAV), a novel class of peptide conjugate therapeutics engineered to target conserved viral mechanisms across multiple viral families. Specifically, DCOY-TRI is designed to address infections caused by the Orthomyxoviridae (influenza), Coronaviridae (coronavirus), and Paramyxoviridae (including RSV) families. The drug is discovered and optimized using the company's proprietary IMP³ACT platform, which integrates artificial intelligence with rapid peptide synthesis to create broad-spectrum antivirals that can potentially treat a wide range of respiratory pathogens with a single agent.
