DCOY-TRI is a preclinical multi-virus respiratory antiviral candidate developed by Decoy Therapeutics. It is categorized as a Designable Multi-Antiviral (D-MAV), a novel class of peptide conjugate therapeutics engineered to target conserved viral mechanisms across multiple viral families. Specifically, DCOY-TRI is designed to address infections caused by the Orthomyxoviridae (influenza), Coronaviridae (coronavirus), and Paramyxoviridae (including RSV) families.
