Drug intelligence / Profile preview
DCSZ11 is an investigational anti-CD93 monoclonal antibody developed by DynamiCure for the treatment of advanced or metastatic solid tumors. It works by targeting and binding to CD93, a protein expressed on tumor-associated endothelial cells. This interaction blocks CD93 from binding its ligand IGFBP7, which leads to improved tumor vascular function, reduced tumor hypoxia, and increased tumor perfusion. DCSZ11 is being evaluated as both a monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in Phase 1 clinical trials for various solid tumors including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), microsatellite stable colorectal cancer (MSS-CRC), small cell lung cancer, and liver cancer. The drug is administered intravenously.
