Overview

DD-01 is a long-acting, pegylated, dual agonist of the glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor and glucagon receptor (GCGR). It is developed by D&D Pharmatech for the treatment of severe obesity, type 2 diabetes, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD), and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). DD-01 is administered via subcutaneous injection and has shown rapid reductions in liver fat and improvements in glycemic control.
